To keep your flowers fresh and vibrant for as long as possible, please follow these steps:

• Keep the foam moist: Check daily and add fresh water directly to the foam to ensure it stays saturated. The flowers draw water from the foam, so keeping it hydrated is essential.

• Choose a cool spot: Place your arrangement away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts. Avoid areas near ovens, radiators, or vents.

• Trim any wilting blooms: Remove any flowers that start to wilt or brown to help the remaining blooms last longer.

• Avoid handling the stems excessively: Minimize touching the flowers, as this can damage delicate petals.

• Refresh water for long-lasting blooms: If your arrangement is in a container that allows it, gently pour fresh water into the foam every 1–2 days.

Tip: Floral foam arrangements are designed for display and enjoyment as-is. Unlike cut bouquets, the flowers are not intended to be removed and placed in a vase.

Due to seasonal availability, specific flower varieties or greenery may vary. Our designers will always maintain the overall color palette, style, and value of your arrangement.

Each arrangement is hand-crafted and uniquely designed. While the overall look will remain consistent, slight variations may occur.

Local delivery cost $15. Valentine’s Day deliveries are scheduled throughout the day and cannot be guaranteed for a specific time. Pickup times and delivery details will be confirmed at checkout. 

Delivery Requirements

• A recipient or authorized individual must be present to accept the delivery.

• If no one is available at the delivery address, our driver will attempt to contact the recipient or the sender for further instructions.

• When contact cannot be made, the arrangement will be returned to our shop for pickup or rescheduled delivery.

Why We Don’t Leave Flowers at the Door

• Fresh flowers are sensitive to temperature, weather, and handling.

• Leaving arrangements unattended may result in damage, theft, or premature wilting.

• We want every recipient to receive their flowers in perfect condition.
